Our descendants keep memories of successes, fears, childbirth, illnesses (operations, anesthesia ...), divorces, revenge, suicides, etc., which occurred in the family over the various generations ...

Between the 70s and 80s the therapeutic interest moved towards the trans-generational ties with the family of origin and Bert Hellinger, starting from 1980, exposed the basis of his theoretical and methodological lines regarding family constellations and systemic.
Hellinger believes that - in his opinion - everyone's life would be conditioned by destinies and feelings that would not be truly one's own and personal; even serious illnesses, the desire for death and problems at work could be due, according to his theory, to "enmeshments" of the family system and, according to him, could be brought to light through the process of the so-called "family constellations".
And it is by revealing an unknown systemic dynamic, which would extend over several generations in a given family, that the deleterious effects of the same presumed dynamic could be resolved, simply by encouraging the subject to accept the reality of the facts of the past.
They consist of a "staging", reproduced by "representatives", who would intuitively recreate the interdependencies existing between the members of a family or a group, thus allowing to highlight the presumed unconscious dynamics which, in his model would produce suffering in many aspects of life (emotional relationships, professional relationships, relationship with money and health).

La nostra oscurità deriva dal un pozzo dove si cade … e da quel momento ogni cosa cade nell’oscurità di quel pozzo !
Bisogna che su trasformi in luce quell’oscurità ed accendere una candela per i nostri antenati che caddero in quel pozzo fisicamente o metaforicamente, e forse di rivedrà la luce … perché quello è il destino di chi è caduto nel pozzo … non quello di ciascuno di noi !
Non avere la paura di perdere ciò che amiamo forse non da lo scarico di adrenalina che da il buttarsi ogni giorno in un pozzo per poi cercare di risalire …
Ma quando non si riuscirà a risalire più, cosa provocherà il restare dentro l’oscurità di un pozzo?

I sistemi a cui apparteniamo da generazioni non si limitano alla nostra famiglia!
La terra da cui veniamo … la lingua che parliamo … la religione in cui crediamo … le nostre origini … la cultura in cui siamo nati … la regione di cui consumiamo l’aria ed il cibo … si mescolano lasciando traccia nelle nostre vite e nei nostri corpi.
Queste tracce sono uniche ed irripetibili, come noi … e per ognuno di noi sarà unica ed irripetibile la nostra terapia !
Il nostro passato è come una scatola nera … non importa quanto sia danneggiata … il contenuto non scompare … al massimo si trasforma.
Nessuno di noi avrebbe immaginato che avrebbe cambiato la vita per sempre” … iniziando un cammino di questo genere.
Personalmente … non capivo … era come se questo cammino fosse addormentato dentro di me … ma è come se questo cammino lo conoscessi da sempre !
E leggendo “Nosso Lar” si è praticamente chiuso un cerchio … dove le cose che accadono, ed il sapere perché accadono, non ha più importanza come prima … perché la risposta è insita in noi stessi … la sappiamo già … e basta interrogare noi stessi per avere ogni risposta su ciò che accade.
