HEAL YOUR BODY
Louise L. Hay

Libro - Numeri Grabovoi Quadro.jpg

This site talks a lot about wellness and the reason is that I personally saw how important it is to take care of not only the body (gym, various creams ... medical care  with all kinds of medicines . ..) but also the soul and the brain ... and in Turkey I must say that there is a lot of sensitivity in this sense ... in fact the offer of services, both medical and alternative medicine, is of the highest quality.

In order to make people understand the relationship between the human body and pathologies, some reflections taken from Louise L Hay's book "Heal your body" are reported ... leaving it up to whoever reads this page to delve further the topic through the book itself.

Some images (by way of example) taken from LL Hay's e-book (personally purchased), some photos of the covers of some books read, deemed useful to further integrate the topic treated here, together with images of what happens by exercising a pressure on the fingers of the hand ...are published on another site managed by me.

Finally, it should be noted that it would be appropriate to study the peculiarities of the psoas muscle (the muscle of the soul ... iliopsoas) and of the vagus nerve, linking their modus operandi, for the emotional part, to what was recommended by Ms LL Hay.

Louise L. Hay explains that…

"This booklet does not "cure", but awakens in you the ability to contribute to your own healing process. To become whole and healthy, we must restore balance between body, mind and spirit. We must therefore take care of our physiques, maintain a positive mental attitude towards ourselves and towards life and have a strong spiritual connection. When all three of these aspects are in balance with each other, then we enjoy being alive. No doctor and no healer can give us this, if we do not choose to be an active part in the healing process.

I want to share with you one of the reasons I know that the disease state can be reversed simply by changing the mental patterns.
Several years ago, I was diagnosed with cancer…

...

Knowing that the tumor stems from a pattern of deep resentment that has been harbored for a long time until it literally eats away at the body, I knew I had to do a lot of mental work.
I realized that if I had surgery to remove the cancer without first clearing the pattern that created it, the doctors would continue to cut into Louise until there was nothing left to cut. If, on the other hand, I had had the surgery taking care to first eliminate the thoughts that were causing the disease, the latter would not have returned.

I do not believe that the recurrence of cancer or any other condition depends on the fact that the doctor has not "done his job well", but on the fact that the patient has not implemented any mental changes, thus recreating the same pathology. So, I knew that if I could break the mindset that led to the condition called cancer, I wouldn't need medical attention.

I immediately began working with my spiritual master to purge old patterns of resentment. Until then, I didn't realize that I had given so much space to this emotion, but often, when certain mental mechanisms belong to us, we fail to identify them. I worked hard on forgiveness. Then I went to a nutritionist and completely detoxified my body. Thus, between the mental and physical purification, in six months I was able to get the doctors to agree with what I already knew: I no longer had cancer.

...

The word "incurable", which terrifies so many people, simply means that that particular condition cannot be cured by "external" methods and that we must go within ourselves to trigger the healing. Illness comes from nowhere and will return to nowhere.

...

It doesn't matter how long we've had negative patterns, an illness, an unhealthy relationship, a bad finances, or self-loathing. We can start changing today. It was the thoughts we fixed on and the words we constantly used that created the life and experiences we have had so far. However, they are thoughts of the past; we formulated them then. What we choose to think and say today, right now, will create tomorrow and the day after that, next week, next month, next year, and so on. The point of power is always in the present.

...

How many times have we said: "That's how I am" or "That's how it is". In reality, these statements express what we "believe to be true for us." Usually, what we are convinced of is simply someone else's opinion, which we have accepted and incorporated into our own personal belief system. It is in tune with other ideas that we often mistakenly believe to be true. If we were taught as children that the world is a terrifying place, then we will take everything that goes with this belief as true. For example: “Don't trust strangers”, “Don't go out at night”, “People want to rip you off” and so on. Instead, if we were taught as children that the world is a safe and joyful place, then we will have different beliefs, such as: "Love is everywhere", "People are very friendly" and "Making money is very simple". Our life experiences are a reflection of the beliefs we hold.

We rarely sit down to review our beliefs. For example, I might ask myself: “Why do I think it is difficult for me to study and learn? Is it really so? Is it true for me now? Where does this belief come from? Maybe I keep believing it because my first grade teacher told me so over and over again? Wouldn't I be better off if I let go of this belief?”
Pause for a moment what you are thinking. What thought is it? If it is true that thoughts shape your life and your experiences, would you like this particular thought to become a reality for you? If it's a thought of worry, anger, pain, or vengeance, what do you think it might bring you? If we want a joyful life, we must express joyful thoughts. Whatever we transmit mentally or verbally comes back to us in the form of experience.
Take some time to listen to what you are saying. If you hear something repeated three times, write it down, because that statement has become your pattern. At the end of the week, look at the list you've created and see how your words are reflected in your experiences. Be willing to change both the words you use and the thoughts you think and you will witness the change in your life. If you want to be in control of your existence, all you have to do is choose your words and thoughts wisely. No one else thinks for yourself, only you.

...

I discovered that it was I, unknowingly, who created the disease within me, and this led me to a big breakthrough. In fact, I was able to stop blaming life and others for what was wrong with my existence and with my body. I was able to take full responsibility for my health. Without scolding or feeling guilty, I began to avoid creating thought patterns capable of manifesting the disease again in the future.

...

“For example, I couldn't figure out what caused the constant contractures in my neck I was suffering from. Then I discovered that the neck represents the ability to be flexible in relation to difficulties and to see issues from different perspectives.

....

As my thinking became more flexible, allowing me to take another person's point of view with loving understanding, my neck stopped hurting. Now, if I feel it starting to stiffen, I'm quick to see where my approach has gotten stiff and inflexible.

...

To permanently eliminate a problem, we must first work on dissolving its mental cause. However, since this very cause is unknown to us, it is often difficult to understand where to start.

...

I have learned that every pathological condition is necessary for those who develop it, otherwise it would not manifest itself. The symptom is only an external effect. We must go deep within ourselves and dissolve the mental cause.

That's why willpower and discipline don't work: they just counteract the outward effect. It's like cutting weeds instead of pulling them up. So before you use affirmations to create new thought patterns, work on your willingness to let go of cravings for cigarettes, headaches, excess weight, or whatever else you're suffering from. Once the need is eliminated, the external effect is lost. No plant can live without roots.
The thought patterns that cause the most illnesses are those related to criticism, anger, resentment, and guilt. For example, if a critical attitude is maintained long enough, diseases such as arthritis often develop. Rabies manifests itself with symptoms that swell, burn and infect the body. Long-held resentment gnaws and eats away, leading to the development of cancer and tumors. Guilt is always looking for a punishment and causes pain. It's much easier to get rid of these negative thought patterns when we're healthy than to try to get rid of them when we're panicked and under the threat of the scalpel.

“The following list of mind matches has been compiled after many years of study, thanks to my work with clients and the conferences and seminars I have given. It is useful as a quick guide to the probable mental patterns behind physical illness. I offer it to you with love, to share with you this simple method to help the body heal.”

In the margins of this presentation, I would like to reflect with you on a fact:

  • What causes these emotions that generate our bodily ailments?

Certainly there will be the unconscious facts of everyday life.

I think, however, that a great answer can be given byKarmic Astrology and the memories of our body (somatize ed epigenetics).
